St. Francis of Assisi CYO Cross Country is a fun and encouraging way to introduce boys and girls to the sport of distance running. The program is open to runners in Kindergarten through 8th grade, with younger runners in Kindergarten through 2nd grade participating with parent support at practices. Our goal is to create a positive team environment where every athlete can have fun, build confidence, and challenge themselves. Practices focus on developing both speed and endurance while helping each runner grow and reach their individual potential.
